We are looking for an experienced subsystem engineer who wants to take a comprehensive approach to how modern systems are built and how software is developed and integrated. You will play a central role in a high-tech environment where you work at the intersection of software and hardware, ensuring that the platform operates seamlessly and efficiently.

The role combines system-level work with practical elements in development and technical decision-making. You will coordinate technical activities, define architecture and requirements, work with lifecycle models, and contribute to quality through testing, verification, and structured documentation.

• Design architecture and requirements specifications for subsystems and products
• Lead and coordinate technical development work and contribute to design decisions
• Plan and execute verification and testing
• Participate in software development, testing, and troubleshooting
• Work in a Linux environment and contribute to development in C++
• Define software lifecycle models and create software plans
• Plan software integration
• Document work and follow established quality processes
• Prioritize and make decisions even when information is incomplete

• Experience in system design and requirements management
• Very good experience with Linux OS
• Previous work with C++
• Experience in technical documentation
• Understanding of both software and hardware-related development
• Experience in architecture, verification/testing, and software integration
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted)
• 3 to 7 years of experience

• Experience in information security
• In-depth experience in software development and operating systems
• Experience with modern methodologies in system development
